OverDrive Support Form

Note: OverDrive has notified us that the OverDrive app for MacOS is no longer available. As a result, patrons with Mac devices can no longer download MP3 format audiobooks. You will need to listen to the title through your web browser.
This does not impact iOS devices, i.e. iPhones, iPods, and iPads.

For patrons who do not know or remember their PIN, if you have an email address on file with your library card you can use the "Forgot your password?" form on the WLS Online Catalog, https://catalog.westchesterlibraries.org/eg/opac/password_reset, to reset your PIN. A few minutes after you submit the form you will receive an email with a link to change your PIN.
