Please be advised that as of January 1, 2021, the WLS Help Desk is no longer providing direct patron support. Patrons will be redirected and encouraged to contact their home library. For patrons who do not know or remember their PIN, if you have an email address on file with your library card you can use the “Forgot your password?” form on the WLS Online Catalog, https://catalog.westchesterlibraries.org/eg/opac/password_reset, to reset your PIN. A few minutes after you submit the form you will receive an email with a link to change your PIN.
