For patrons who do not know or remember their PIN, if you have an email address on file with your library card you can use the “Forgot your password?” form on the WLS Online Catalog, https://opac.westchesterlibraries.org/MyAccount/EmailResetPin, to reset your PIN. A few minutes after you submit the form you will receive an email with a link to change your PIN.

Library server message – blocked
Your library card could be expired or exced $25.00 in fines. You will need to contact your library to address this.
