Navigation
The are many instances of navigation throughout the site. The main
areas of navigation found universally are the LEFT-HAND panel, top
links, and footer links.
Left-Hand Menu
This is a typical location for a menu that links to content. Simply click on each category or menu item to follow those links.
Top Links
At the very top of the page, you will find more links. These
primary links are focused more on the site information vs. content.
Footer Links
At the bottom of each page, a footer contains links to a contact
page, a sign-up form for our E-Newsletter, and other site specific
items.
Text size: A-A-A
These links allow visitors to change the general size of the screen font used throughout the site. This feature can also be found in most browers.

This link provides a site map page that lists each section of the website at a glance.

This links presents the entrance to the Spanish language portion of the website including, "Recursos en ", Westchester Library Systems own Spanish language database.
Search Catalog
The search feature at the top of the left hand panel allows visitors to enter a search word or phrase and pre-select an item type including books, movies, audio books, music, large print, and magazine articles.
Search WLS Website
The second search feature in the upper left hand panel allows visitors to search this website. Enter a word or phrase and quickly find results in a well organized list.
E-mail this page
Throughout the site, at the base of pages there is a link that invites visitors to e-mail that page to a friend. Simply click the link and fill in the form.
Printer-friendly version
Each page of the site, where practical, there is a link to a "printer friendly" page that reconfigures the page to a paired down version for the purpose of printing only the content without the design or styling.
