Congratulations!
At the 9th Annual Westchester Library System Battle of the Books on October 21st, 2023 at Ossining High School, Briarcliff Manor Public Library’s B.A.S.E.D. Battlers were the champions of the Grades 4 – 7 age group, and their Blueberry Scone Brigade was the champions of the Grades 6 – 12 age group!
Eastchester Public Library’s Eagles were finalists in the Grades 4 – 7 age group, and Somers Library’s Lemon Scones were finalists in the Grades 6 – 12 age group.
Congratulations also to teams from: Bedford Free Library, Bronxville Public Library, Croton Free Library, Dobbs Ferry Public Library, The Field Library (Peekskill), Greenburgh Public Library, Harrison Public Library, Hastings-On-Hudson Library, Hendrick Hudson Free Library, Katonah Village Library, Larchmont Public Library, Mt. Kisco Public Library, Ossining Public Library, Town of Pelham Public Library, Rye Free Reading Room, and White Plains Public Library for taking part in this year’s event!
