Senior Benefits Individual Counseling can provide information and advice related to services such as Medicare (when to enroll, how to enroll, how to switch plans), prescription drug plans, Medigap, Medicare Advantage plans and related benefits available to those 60 years of age and older.
Please provide us a brief statement of the issue or information that you would like us to address. (We'll discuss the details when we call you back!)

You will receive a call from a Senior Benefits Individual Counseling counselor usually within 48 hours. Counselors call when the next available site is open for operation. Sites operate Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm at eight public library locations. Appointments are not required should you wish to visit a SBIC site.
