Questions and Answers

Q. Is there a list of equipment available, that needs to be audited?

A. There is a list of core equipment that will be shared with the audit team after the contract is awarded.

Q. Is there any documentation available, such as a network topology diagram, available for distribution?

A. Yes, documentation can be provided to the audit team after the contract is awarded.

Q. Are we to audit equipment located 570 Taxter Road, Elmsford, NY 10523 and the 38 public libraries and Westchester county?

A. Yes. The data center is the primary focus, but all 45 sites need to be audited from a lifecycle and configuration perspective.

Q. Where is the non-collusion form that is notated to be with the RFP package? It did not come through on the downloads.

A. The requirement for an affidavit of non-collusion has been removed from the RFP and will be discussed with the selected vendor during contract negotiation.
