Dobbs Ferry resident Tim W. Brown will read from his new novel, Walking Man, which is a fictional biography in the vein of the 'mockumentary' movies "Best in Show" and "This is Spinal Tap." It tells the story of an obscure writer whose fateful accident with a BMW makes him famous and known as an advocate of pedestrian rights.
