Westchester Library System is proud to be a part of Project Liberty, created by the Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health (DCMH) in close cooperation with the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in response to the events of September 11, 2001. Westchester Librarians are collecting, developing, and disseminating information to help families cope in a post-9/11 world.
