Project Vote Smart covers your candidates and elected officials in five basic categories: biographical information, issue positions, voting records, campaign finances and interest group ratings.
Project Sunlight
Project Sunlight, an effort by Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's office to promote your right to know and to monitor governmental decision-making, is the first of its kind in New York. It allows for easy access to statewide government information related to campaign finance, legislation, lobbying activity, and recipients of state government contracts. The goal of the website is to promote disclosure as well as to increase government's transparency and accountability.
